Refund Policy

At Notary and Signings LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile notary, remote online notarization (RON), loan signing, and tax preparation services. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations and refund eligibility.

 

All service fees are considered final once the notary or tax service has been fully rendered. For notary appointments—including mobile notary, loan signings, and online notarizations—refunds are not available once the notarization process has begun or been completed, as the service is considered legally binding and cannot be undone. If a client fails to provide proper identification or does not meet legal requirements for notarization, and the notary is unable to proceed, a partial refund may be considered, minus any applicable travel or administrative fees.

 

For tax preparation services, refunds will not be issued once a return has been completed and filed. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. If a refund is requested prior to submission, we may issue a partial refund based on the amount of work already completed. Refunds are not provided for tax review or amendment services once the consultation or correction process has started.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with proper notice may be eligible for a full refund or no penalty rescheduling. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable, but we may offer the option to rebook with a reduced fee on a case-by-case basis.

 

In the rare event that Notary and Signings LLC must cancel your appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@notaryandsignings.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and must include your full name, date of service, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
